Do I need a valid passport to visit Mexico?

The short answer is Yes. If you are a US citizen or permanent resident and are planning to enter Mexico by land (by car or by foot via pedestrian crossing – NOT BY AIR), you may do so without a US passport. You would, however, need an enhanced US driver’s license. Only the states bordering Mexico or Canada will issue such a license. For example, New York State and California do offer such an option. Please call your local DMV office today.

Unless you are someone who practices aggressive sex, PeniFlex™ could be a great choice for you.

My penis is short. Can you make it appear longer?

Short answer is yes, we can release suspensory ligament, which will make your penis hang lower by 1-2 inches. This, however will not dramatically affect the length in erect state, and if erect length is your goal, this will require a special malleable implant, the cost of which is $8,500 USD. The cost of suspensory ligament release if done by itself, is $2,499 USD, if combined with another procedure, you will pay only $1,999 USD.

Can I start off with injectable fillers and see if I want a more permanent solution later?

Yes, absolutely! Fillers like Bellafill™ are a very popular procedure with first time patients. The procedure is quick and will only require local anesthesia and best news, no blood work or any health evaluation is needed!

Can you see or feel PeniFlex™ implant after it was placed? Where is PeniFlex™ implant made?

Generally, you cannot see or feel the implant. The implant is made from an ultra-soft medical grade silicone, same type of silicone used for other medical implants used in modern cosmetic surgery (i.e breast implants etc) and it is manufactured in the US by a major implant manufacturer. The implant has been approved by Mexican equivalent of FDA – The Mexican Secretariat of Health (Secretaría de Salud.)

Will PeniFlex™ implant also increase the length?

The length of the penis is generally set by suspensory ligament (flaccid state) and erectile muscle (erect state). By releasing suspensory ligament, we can increase the length by up to 1-2 inches, but this will be noticeable in flaccid state. Some patient can receive up to 1 inch of boost in erect length as well, but we cannot guarantee this as each patient is different. For a noticeable length increase in erect state, a malleable penile implant may be required.

Can Dr. Ivan increase my length in an erect state?

The answer is yes. A suspensory ligament release may help patients achieve an increase in erect length, but there is no guarantee. For a considerable length increase in erect state, a malleable penile implant is required. An increase of up to 1-2 inches in length is possible. If you also wish to increase girth, this can be done via PeniFlex™, fat graft/transfer or via fillers.

How is PeniFlex™ implant inserted?

Do I need to be circumcised for PeniFlex™ implant?

Yes. We can help you with this. After 3 months post circumcision you can receive the implant.

Can I have suspensory ligament release at the time of surgery?

Yes, absolutely! We can also increase the size of glans by injecting fat or a special filler.

Do you guys offer fillers for the scrotum, too?

Yes, we do! Only HA fillers can be used for scrotum, and it should last about 10-12 months. The cost is $999 USD for this procedure.

My penis is too long, can you safely decrease its size?

Yes, we can surgically decrease the length of your penis.

Can you describe my trip to Tijuana? And what do I need to submit before the surgery?

All patients undergoing surgery (except injectable fillers) will be required to submit blood work, HIV test and Covid test before undergoing the procedure. Patients over 40 are also required to have a health evaluation. Do not worry, you can do everything at the same time, while already in Tijuana. The cost of labs is about $100 USD and the cost of health evaluation is also in the neighborhood of $100 USD.

Most patients will need to complete the tests the day before surgery, while some who are scheduled for surgery in the afternoon, can get it done early in the morning. Our driver will take you to the lab, no prior appointment is necessary.

Can you help me with planning my trip and do you offer transportation?

Yes, we offer a concierge service, which is already included with most of our packages. We will provide not only local, but also international transportation from San Diego to Tijuana and back (extra fee applies for cross-border transportation).
